Cancellation Policy

By booking, paying, or allowing work to begin, the customer agrees to these terms. NXTL Customs is an independent aftermarket automotive accessory and ambient lighting service. NXTL is not a dealership, vehicle manufacturer, repair facility, or manufacturer-certified service center. Appointments must be booked through NXTL’s official system. Payment or a deposit may be required. Mobile service is currently available in Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Virginia. Travel fees may apply. Installations include an approved NXTL lighting kit unless stated otherwise. Third-party products require approval. Customers must provide vehicle access, a safe work area, sufficient space, and a reasonably clean vehicle. Unsafe conditions may require rescheduling. NXTL works with independent aftermarket installers. Unless stated otherwise, installers are not manufacturer-certified mechanics or dealership technicians. Installation may require removal or repositioning of door panels, dashboard or console trim, clips, weather stripping, and other interior components. Aftermarket installation and panel removal involve some risk. NXTL is not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, brittle or worn components, previous repairs, aftermarket modifications, manufacturer defects, battery problems, or unrelated electrical issues. Customers must disclose known damage, repairs, electrical issues, or modifications before service. Any damage claim will be reviewed using available photos, documentation, installer information, and applicable law. USB or hardwire installations may use USB ports, 12V outlets, fuse locations, or accessory power. NXTL does not guarantee the condition of the vehicle’s existing electrical system. Placement and appearance may vary by vehicle. At least 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule. Late changes may result in deposit loss, travel charges, or a fee. Deposits may become non-refundable once an installer is assigned, travel is arranged, or a product is prepared. Limited warranty applies to eligible NXTL products. It does not cover misuse, physical or water damage, third-party work, unauthorized modifications, or unrelated vehicle issues. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NXTL is not responsible for losses caused by pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, manufacturer defects, third-party work, customer misuse, unauthorized modifications, or circumstances outside NXTL’s reasonable control.
